Richard Cornish

Founder / President

Our Founder, Richard Cornish has been a stylist in Philadelphia for over 30 years. 2016 was the year that changed everything for Richard - he started volunteering his time at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Richard’s vision and focus is to build a national non-profit program that serves every children’s hospital and Ronald McDonald House across the country with this empowering and lasting service.

Amy Moore

Secretary

Our Board Secretary, Amy Moore is a lifelong resident of Philadelphia. Her career path has led her to a Senior leadership position with the national non-profit, The Hole in the Wall Gang. Amy’s passion for the patient and family experience made CHOP’s Salon Services program possible and its growth and success brought us to Restore Salon Service.

Stephanie Stein

Board Member

Our Board Member, Stephanie Stein, is a Philadelphia native, having earned her bachelors and Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. For the past 15 years, Stephanie has worked as a therapist at Moss Rehab Hospital, as both a therapist and therapy supervisor. Stephanie has a love for all things “makeup” and making it fun and accessible to all. She obtained her makeup artistry certificate from New York Makeup Academy in NYC and runs a  therapeutic makeup program with her social worker colleague at Magee- Moss Jefferson Rehabilitation called “Groom,Glow, and Grow”(GGG). GGG provides 1:1 and group sessions for inpatients and virtual education sessions for members for the Einstein Pride Program.

Camille Elliott

Marketing Director

Our Board Marketing Director, Camille Elliott is a Bucks County native, dedicating the last 12 years working at Temple University and various youth programs throughout the city. She earned her bachelor’s in psychology and Neuroscience from Temple University, During this time at Temple and post-graduation, she worked as a research assistant with at-risk youth throughout the city, for renowned psychologist Laurence Steinberg. She was also lead youth counselor at Taller Puertorriqueño in North Philadelphia and has volunteered and worked with many youth programs throughout the city. While working with various out-of-school-time programs, she was also working as a coordinator in the marketing and communications department in the College of Liberal Arts at Temple (her alma mater, go Owls!) She continued on with her career at Temple and is currently the Director of Marketing and Communications. She oversees, manages and help to build the college website and the 41 websites within the college as well as marketing campaigns for the graduate programs. Her passion for higher education, equity and diversity in education, and supporting Philadelphia communities, has been a driving force in her career at Temple.

 

Camille has known Richard since she was 17; first starting as a client Panache! 26 years later she is here as a Restore member and is so thrilled to be a part of the team! She is looking forward to working in various communities to help support the Restore mission!

Jannie L. Blackwell

Board Member

Our board member, Jannie L. Blackwell, former seven-term councilperson for the 3 rd  Councilmanic District, was born and raised in Philadelphia.  She is a seasoned advocate for social change with a solid reputation for serving community members, the poor and the underprivileged in the City of Philadelphia, making her a leader in our city with her own vision. During her tenure as a Council Member, Jannie Blackwell served as Chair of theCommittee on Finance and Chair of the Education Committee. She was Vice Chair of the Committee on Housing, Neighborhood Development and the Homeless, and appointed to the Committee on Appropriations, Committee on Commerce Economic Development, Committee on Disabled Persons with Special Needs, Committee on the Environment and the Committee on Public Safety. Most recently she has assumed the role as 1st Vice Chair of the Philadelphia Democratic Party and Chair of the United Democratic Ward Leaders of Color. Her philosophy is “Politics is an open-ended opportunity to make life better for others”.

Tanya Craig

Board Member

Our Board Member, Tanya Craig, is a native Pennsylvanian with over 20 years  experience leading large scale transformations in several industries including healthcare, finance, pharmaceuticals.  Tanya is currently Vice President of Global Support in the Tax Software industry.  Tanya joined the Board of Restore Hair Salon Services to leverage her Fortune 500 experience to fulfill her aspiration to have a positive impact on the communities that Restore serves and to further the founders mission to expand this empowering and lasting service experience across the country.  In her spare time, Tanya enjoys being outdoors, dancing and fine dining.
