Kidz Kutz

Kids Kutz is a program that provides free haircuts for children in need. We service youths up to the ages of 18. The program is a partnership between Restore Salon Services and The Kauders Foundation. The Kauders Foundation provides the tools and kits needed for the haircuts, while Restore Salon Services provides volunteer stylists.

How the Program Works

  • Kids Kutz volunteers show up to schools, hospitals, rehabs, and churches to provide free haircuts for children.

  • Haircuts are provided by Licensed Cosmeotologists from Restore Salon Services.

  • The tools and kits needed for the haircuts are provided by The Kauders's Foundation.

  • The haircuts are free for children in need.

Benefits of the Program

  • Kids Kutz provides free haircuts for children who might not otherwise be able to afford them.

  • By providing these free services, Kids Kutz aims to continually support our local communities and residents, in hopes to build strong and lasting relationships and partnerships.

  • The haircuts help children feel good about themselves and boost their self-esteem.

  • The haircuts help children look their best for school and other activities.

  • The haircuts help children feel more confident and prepared for success.

How to Get Involved

  • If you are a parent of a child, or a child in need of a free haircut, please contact your school, hospital, rehab, or church to see if they offer the Kids Kutz program.

  • If you are a stylist interested in volunteering with Kids Kutz, please contact Restore Salon Services.

  • If you are a business or organization interested in donating to Kids Kutz, please contact Restore Salon Services.

Services Provided

  • Haircuts - This service provides a sense of renewal and normalcy for the individual, no matter their age. A good simple haircut can help uplift and change the way you feel in every way.

  • Blowouts - This particular service is one that mostly serves our individuals with at least shoulder-length hair. This enriching self care service is one that promotes a healthy and stimulated scalp, as well as beautifully round brushed and styled hair.
